unfortunately there's less than zero evidence the CEO is capable of delivering anything. Never has. Only debt. No mining permit. Nothing for the university. Hell, unless he'd actually sign a joint venture with a legit mining company he doesn't have enough shares left in the kitty to do anything. Classic case of mismanagement. Sad thing is guys like Perry don't pay a price since they don't own the common. They can take outlandish chances - basically a fart in the wind - on a flyer. If it fails, they just reverse split and take out the old shareholders to move onto new marks.
