I'm wondering if there isnt an unwritten agreement about placing shares before releasing anything relevant.
Who knows???
It's in one of their fillings stating more dillution will be necessary as they will not be able to generate enough revenue to operate the company in the near term.
Whether that was about the latest offering or additional to come, I have no idea.
