Lots of things go into filing for the option to do a R/s.. every company is different..many never do the split..the option is there is needed..and in some cases it’s not a bad thing..some do one if they are planning on moving up to a major exchange..and as the Company Tweeted today..that’s exactly what they are looking into.. check it out..
