That is only filed if they chose to..a lot of times companies do not go through with it as things change..happens all the time..I’m referring to posts that claim an actual r/s is taking place as announced by the company.That has not been stated by the company that one is indeed taking place..being approved and actually DOING a R/s are two entirely different things..and please do not twist my words..as I never stated the company announced on Twitter on no split..
