#14055 RE: Axle-and-Hub #14054

You're answering an argument no one has made.

No one ever said Immortals/CYIO owns the IP. No one has expressed any confusion about that at all.

today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Immortals Group Pty has signed an exclusive development and distribution agreement with Stan Lee Holdings Ltd. of Hong Kong to produce and market Superhero NFT collectables

Who in their right mind would read any of that to mean that CYIO's ownership extends to the actual IP rights?

Further...

Rhoades and Meugniot decided that the best way to reveal Stan Lee’s Internet-based Super Hero franchise to the world would be through the new crypto phenomenon of NFTs.

What else is there besides the NFT & related ecosystem?

Axle: good on ya, as they say in the Aussie outback. Calling a NFT "IP" is a new one on me. Like calling a cell phone case IP, almost. The cost of developing real "gaming" seems way beyond CYIO's scope, realistically. Slamgirl.io, what little of it that's there, is very well done. But I think developing commercially viable female comic super hero content in today's woke world is a huge challenge. I don't know. I wonder how successful the actual comic really is.
