Management owns about 540,366,550 shares and FFG owns about 105M for a total of about 650M shares. All of which are convertible and dumpable at a whim and every bit as liquid as the commons.....but are hidden by "convertibility" schemes. This "small share structure" is in the billions.

But that is just what these scams do.
