Its called buy the AXIM rumor sell the news. Why many are chasing the crypto schemes because they somehow think crypto is not manipulated but stocks are. On the OTC if you begin with first principles for pink sheets, investing in, not trading but investing in companies who are not required to submit disclosure at the same level as publicly traded companies are. Remember the OTC IS NOT an EXCHANGE and is not recognized as such by any regulatory body here or elsewhere. If you want to see a rise in price on AXIM short of revenues or having a product that is in demand, then you must rely upon stock promotion activities to drive interest allowing those first in to be first out-buy the rumor sell the news. Until then it is all navel gazing guess work, theoretical musings by investors stating lofty goals, more often than not outside of the reality boundaries. The OTC is where chickens are counted before the eggs are laid. It does not always pay to be the fox in the hen house.
