SNPW will be manufacturing and selling IST solar panels under the SNPW brand.

It's called rebranding or white label product.

They need facility to be able to get the certification, its not just the product but also the plant that produces it gets certified and its probably not just UL also Intertek does that as well. IMO Looks like its all coming together
