Hindsight is 20/20 from any perspective. Ok granted. What you are stating here are things that can be easily said in hindsight as to what happened (transpired) after he was put in on the BOD.

A guy has a product, presents it and demonstrates it to different ones. He has a big talk and gets TTCM believing. Aasim did this at a trade convention getting ones to believe. A guy who got Gary Indiana believing enough to get them to let him attempt to buy the Genesis center. This was all on his own. It had nothing to do with TTCM. His only role with TTCM was a BOD with no power other then get the damn phones out with ARknet preset on each one. The same guy who fooled the press and certain prominent officials in attendance (intelligent ones by any worldly standards who apparently believed. Believed enough to allow him the opportunity of making the Genesis Center a success. He didn't). Then to state that Dr. Jon who is supposedly intelligent so that nothing like this could ever happen or should have ever happened (he is for his age much more intelligent IMHO than ones even half his age). Yeah things can and do happen. Was it as a result of Covid that the Genesis Center failed? I don't know and honestly now I don't give a damn. He didn't come through.

There are examples that can be presented by large companies (and this is an itty bitty company) where similar things have happened. As far as looking into his background. Not an awful lot there if what was presented to the discussion board here in the past was all there was to things (there wasn't alot of anything presented) then it didn't seem like it rose to the level to conclusively state that such a thing might or would happen. If there had been then yeah that would have been different. There was an incident in California of a small dollar amount once presented. It wasn't enough to make an conclusions at that time IMHO but yeah. Hindsight is 20/20.

And no it's not always birds of a feather flock together. Sometimes there is one bad apple that appears to make the whole batch rotten so it needs to be taken out of the barrel. And when it is (it was) then the apples in the barrel are not found to be rotten after all.

Now IMHO hopefully something is done about it. He either pays up (that would be the best scenerio but time has elapsed so it sure doesn't look like that's going to happen) or get sued.

IMHO.

Yup, birds of a feather indeed.
