$GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. We are petitioning the court to either allow us to cancel them or assign designation.

So, unless there is some sort of FILING to show he actually petitioned the court, I think the tweet (at least in regards to this ticker) was him pointing the finger of blame at everyone else but himself (and/or his legal team) and, at the same time, perhaps his way of trying to keep concerned shareholders off his back about how long this is taking to get out of the Expert Market.
