I'm proof that the most recent PR sounded awesome at first glance...but thanks to your education I now realize this pending asset acquisition court process stuff is almost a full calendar year old already.
So as I mentioned earlier, because Eric is adamant that no dilution of WNBD shares is going to occur to fund the newly created subsidiary company...the investment community is definitely gonna adopt a wait & see approach because everyone needs to know what it cost WNBD to purchase the distressed assets in this year long court process and how Eric/WNBD is going to fund Vincent without diluting any WNBD shares once the court does approve it right!
With a 4.5B tradable float in play and a 5B A/S there's barely any WNBD treasury stock left to issue anyways...so it's definitely intriguing to see what this deal actually consists of and whether it truly can drive some crazy fresh valuation metrics into this long dormant WNBD stock!
Eric's also on record as tweeting that there's gonna be no reverse split too!
So as I said to the other poster a little while ago, if he can prove that this court process asset acquisition truly is accretive in nature...then I'll gladly be the 1st one to applaud him for pulling such a miracle rabbit out of his hat after a full decade has passed since WNBD ran from the trips all the way to .02 cents when their lead stain removing product had a chance to get picked up by American big box chains.

Hello,
The July and October 2012 public messages that you mention below describe re-allocation of certain rights and licenses in a series of transactions. This included me getting back certain rights and licenses that had been previously obtained from me as a founder during venture capital financing in prior years. Now, in the present, when court approval is granted to Winning Brands, Winning Brands will become the new holder of key rights and assets to carry on the business of GestureTek. My colleagues and I really do look forward to the next phase of our journey as part of Winning Brands. There is huge opportunity for us based on these rights, as well as the further technical development that we have in mind. Eric Lehner of Winning Brands will provide more public explanation when he is permitted to do so.
