LOL no funder on planet earth is investing into any fancy new WNBD PIPE at this stage with over 4.5 BILLION shares in the float and no relevant liquidity in play for years.

And private placements still equate to issuing treasury stock...which would mean Eric just lied to the investment community when he just flat out stated that no WNBD shares would be issued to fund the newly created sub.
