Never ever would they let the few in pm move this ticker. At the end of the day Discover may not let this past the $1.10 for any pr, or filing. They hold all the shares and power here to do what they want it to do. To be 100% honest I can't even believe I'm in this stock knowing Discover is here. Knowing what I know, let's just say I have an itchy trigger finger.
