The last job he had lasted 6 years 4 months, the before that 1 yr 8months, the one before that 4 years 3 months, then the one before that 10 yrs 1month.

So he is not what I consider flaky at all. He either was not happy at the job or he got a better offer that Elite couldn't match. This was his first CFO position so it gave him the street cred to shop around and be hunted with that new title. Where I work it is very hard to keep anyone right now except for those who feel they are in 'golden' handcuffs. Headhunters are calling and emailing constantly and incentives and salaries are getting jacked up to grab employees. Hiring takes time and money, then bringing them up to speed is a major cost so losing someone about the time they know what they are doing is a bummer. It is going to distract Nasrat from what he should be working on. Not the end of the world, but a disruption none the less.
