Keep an eye on the trading. Remember for every sale there has to be a buyer. So who is buying. 11,899,600 shares traded and most at around the bid. If they are pulling a fast one we won't know till its all over and maybe not then. They could be forcing as many sells as they can and then take the company private. That way they get all the gold and stones. Only the hold outs would get anything and if they have control they could pay like a 15% premium over the take out price which is nothing and they own it all. Stock holder screwed again.
