that might explain how the acquisition would be non-dilutive, if we're not buying anything, just waiting for court approval?

Now, in the present, when court approval is granted to Winning Brands, Winning Brands will become the new holder of key rights and assets to carry on the business of GestureTek.

From 2012

Vincent John Vincent, the founder of GestureTek, purchases back the remainder of GestureTek forming GestureTek Systems for Digital Signage and Health markets, as well as reorganizing the company.

Sounds like when he formed the current Corporation, GestureTek Systems Inc and does indicate as I had suggested some re-organization. He downsized the company & re-organized is my assumption.

Also found these two, first from 2015, second from 2016. There is nothing reported on the timeline past 2016. It stops at 2017 onward.

Anisa McMullan joins the GestureTek Systems team to begin the process of rolling the health division into its own company, GestureTek Health.

GestureTek Systems receives investment and rolls out as a separate company GestureTek Health, Headquarters, Toronto, ON.

So speculating there is a separate Corp perhaps called GestureTek health Inc. ? and GestureTek systems is the parent company. Was the subsidiary Corp if correct, affected with the Bankruptcy. ? Maybe if it was considered an asset, maybe not, don't know.

However if there is a separate Corp with a name GestureTek in it, it did not come up in the Bankruptcy search. But I don't know if there is a separate Corp, if it is named GestureTek or some numbered company like 123567 Ontario Inc. If there is a second Corp not affected by the Bankruptcy, that could explain the deliveries. Don't know.
