I think deal brings incremental growth in revenues and profits for a couple years but when they figure out how to bring injectors together with Enhanze can be pretty big. Nice deal for a very good price while you wait for Helen to figure it out. Keep in mind that Halo has fewer shares and stock sells for higher price to sales ratio. Hopefully they present proforma financials for q1 and they look good. Should pay for deal with higher stock price pretty quickly.
