Nioman, Landmark, PM, Chico; See Landmark's post this morning regarding L3 demonstration.

"If proven at the demonstration plant scale, this advance may result in major improvements in the Elk Creek Project, including possible elimination of entire steps in the Project’s current processing flowsheet

Process improvements also point to a potentially efficient extraction process for recovery and purification of rare earth elements, in addition to the Project’s planned production of niobium, scandium, and titanium"

Just guessing that we see estimates at about the same time as the results of the demonstration plant scale one right after the other. (Hopefully before May....)

Pretty sure they have the preliminary figures, but everybody and his brother in multiple jurisdictions have to review them and sign off to formalize them before releasing. (Corporate Attorneys in at least 3 countries, their Secretaries, geologists and their lab assistants, Processing engineers at L3, corporate oversight dude, Board of Directors, a receptionist at the TSE, etc.

M.S. did have the little dust up and law suit with SOs during tenure at the previous incarnation of Mountain Pass and I am sure does not want any repeat. (I regret bringing this up, but it is history and we do not want it to ever be repeated.)
