I don't plan on opting out. I would prefer to know I received it and no one sees my information. But what can I do? It would be nice to be electronic correspondence through my broker, but I don't know.

I wonder how much time I give it before I call in to check on my status.

Just for info on Ameritrade - I sent them a question about the notice and they told me have not received any official request to notify shareholders about the Class Action.
So you will not receive anything from them, also from Schwab as well. These appear to be coming directly from the courts or planitifs. Mine came in the mail Saturday.
