just a theory here. i could be wrong... i think there is only a total of 500 million stocks total... right now about 240 to 290 million are out... leaving them about only 200 million more to dilute... what happens after they are all in play and no more dilution possible? they will have to get vote from shareholders to add more shares for of course a variety of reasons (raise capital for m/a or what not) shareholders vote NO and .... sp will go pop pop up and away... possible scenario for investors ^^^ now of course traders don't really give a rats ass about long term and that's okay you are certainly a trader that wants that short hit and run and stayed too long decide what you can lose and put your sell order in move on to greener pastures for your livestock before your sheep dog dies
