SCOTUS only ruled on Collins. Collins got to SCOTUS due to similarities with CFPB. I was more shocked by the Court of Federal Claims Appeal ruling on something that wasn't even argued before them. Particularly after a Justice asked why plaintiffs hadn't filed for takings.

Rays of hope:
CFPB ruling.
Court of Federal Claims Enbanc (if plaintiffs go that route).
SCOTUS (if plaintiffs choose that route and SCOTUS accepts).
Judge Lamberth. He now has the facts instead of Ugoletti lies.
