This is a fantastic step! This is a revenue generating company and they are opening up more stores. I use CBD and it’s a God send.

Obviously you're entitled to that thought, but....

Which step is that? The one where you don't quite know what is being acquired or what revenues it generates or whether the new CEO who signed the Agreement on behalf of TVOG has ever managed a profitable business?

ps: June 24, 2021 press release said this:
"Briggs & Veselka Co. has begun to work with the Company in order to audit the Company's financial statements for the past two years, and support completion of required SEC filings necessary for uplist to the OTCQB marketplace tier. We anticipate completion of this Audit in second half of 2021."
What happened to that?
