It's an overhang from where I sit, and a nice balance sheet only gets one so far. Income and cash flow is also critical in this environment, and companies which are selling shares to raise funds in the face of market weakness are generally getting taken to the woodshed. I hope we can avoid this fate and look forward to hearing the details of the M&A plan about to be in unveiled.
