I'm not sure why some jump for joy that a company meets their legal obligation to file. They had 4 1/2 months to file and they took it all the way down to the next to last day. They will have to give themselves a big bonus for all that hard work!

Q4 revenues were just about the same as Q3 revenues (889k vs 866k). What happened all those supposed extra beds?
