They are trying to close out the Toxic Debt. Hopefully by May 15th it will be paid off. That should bring in new investors along with a rise in the share price.

One reason, they are tired of pitching their story to investors that can't invest in the OTC. It will open it up to more investors and more partnerships mergers ect.
