My opinion is yes. He has time after time avoided any straight answer to any direct question instead rather making or trying to make excitement with possibly revealing a name tomorrow.
I say possibly because he says he still needs third-party legal consent. I say name because I am not sure 100% if its the reveal name of the tech company where he is aquiring the assets from or the reveal name of the subsidiary company he is creating where the assets will go.
He sure is making sound like the tech company but he plays with words and then that would mean so much for the binding non discloser agreement of not revealing the identity which sure, if the parties agree, it can be released.
The problem there, is that happens before the completion and without the Court vesting order and something unexpected would happen later that killed the deal, he would have made a huge mistake. Imho. Real loss of creditability.
Who knows what will happen tomorrow. He sure knowns how to create what I see is as a mess of things.
