All Amarex has to do is pull out Nader’s email and five years of documented “Amarex do fantastic job” recordings and Cytodyn’s case is gone.

Please provide that quote. The judge in the injunction case was provided with little evidence by CYDY, only enough to get the injunction granted. The bulk of CYDY’s claims were based on a statement by a 2 time felon with a history of fraud. That won’t go well when he’s called to provide his testimony for arbitration.

“Thus the injunction was GRANTED by the judge”.

The injunction and arbitration are 2 separate issues. For the arbitration, CYDY will have to prove without a doubt that Amarex performed below the standards outlined in the MSA. Best case scenario CYDY pays zero, worst case they owe the full $15 million. The likelihood of some $100 million settlement, dreamed by the Nodders, is unlikely.
