Paypal is on my blacklist.

They got themselves there by converting USD to Yuan for purchases in the US not listed as from China. They also started keeping the transaction fees for returns. If I remember correctly Ebay has replaced them as the main processor for transactions.

AMZN just added a 5% fee. Probably runs afoul of fair dealing clauses.
