Im "guessing" that since Frank confirmed in his last breif that the Bitcoin ATMs will be arriving Pamama last week of of April 2022 theough 1st week May 2022, I believe the Panama Goverment ( which Frank has been appointed their bitcoin guru).. Will announce they are a Bitcoin legal tender when those machines arrive and in place. Will make more sense if they make the announcement wjen the machines ate in place. Im just guessing...
