No reason for it not to happen as scheduled. it was part of the RS, if there had been an issue the RS would not have occurred. The ticker change was baked in. A "D" being attached is a ticker change, removing it is another ticker change. They simply filed for a bigger change instead of just the "D" removal. Trying to get a new ticker symbol any other time might be a bigger pain in the butt, making it part of the RS is the way to do it.

I think with this float $30 plus is definitely a high possibility. I only have 3k shares after the RS but I’ll patiently wait for this to play out.
