I'm curious then, with respect to Amtronics CC (why do you always misspell it?) what then do you think was the reason for an error-ridden, cut-and-paste contract that clearly no lawyer reviewed before the parties signed and then was defaulted upon almost immediately? Complete incompetence by both parties? What other explanation could there be?

I have no problem with yours or Kurt message. I do have an issue with both your messaging methods, as I am sure some find mine annoying as well.

I know what is going on. Things like out and outright thievery and con artistry do not sit well with me.

There can be no true discussions if only one side of an argument is given.

I never once deleted one of your posts even when they violate the TOS. On the other hand, it has been done numerous times to me with posts that are in compliance (other times the posts were removed for a reason-most recently I gave an indirect hint which poster is paid by QMC)?

Bullshit. Shareholders are just being duped into not suing. They'd only get a tiny fraction back anyway. But it would stop the gravy train for Skwyerz. It would also derail the gravy train that feeds Lamstein and his crew to spam the internet with lies and bullshit.

This is not a real company. No sane businessman would run it this way including delisting voluntarily unless of course, they had other goals than serving shareholders.

Prior to this, shareholders were duped into voting for 2 billion shares without removing Skwyerz. They were conned into thinking an S-1 was about to be filed and conned into thinking QMC had a piece of 4 1/2 billion dollars of business in UK in order to get the sheep to vote. And they are paying for being that foolish now.

What is bothering people is I see through it immediately and identify deliberate con artists.

I believe is some cases, like Neurolytics, QMC supplies a small amount of dots for research and in turn, gets help with a snow job pretending there is a partnership.

In most cases, like India, I believe they are toxic debt deals which cost shareholders a lot and they are disguised as deals to the extent of giving away a couple of reactors for part of the debt back to make it look like business is conducted.

No one goes 15 years without doing business. This is just a snake oil company. They never produced the QD film for displays, nor the display on a chip, nor the 7000 LED bulbs, or all the other bullshit.

Skwyerz takes money and passes off a few bucks to run an internet boiler room.
