This is exciting news and thank you for sharing!
Typically the GMER filing documents have showed up on the SEC website right away on the day they were due, even as recently as March 31 for the extension filing.
However since tomorrow is a an exchange holiday I am not sure if the 10k documents will show up until Monday or so.
Can’t wait either way! Happy Thursday!
