Petey can't get funding. He has to give equity in something to get funding. HPNN says it has NO OWNERSHIP of digitalage, and HPNN has no equity to give to ANYONE, including to fund HPNN's massive cash burn rate (with Zero Revenue in 2021 and 2022).
And anyone considering funding would do DD and immediately find out that Peter never pays anyone back and gets liens imposed or sued by lenders.
