I usually file for an extension every year to do my taxes because I'm very busy and time gets away from me. ITOX does not have a lot of employees and Cliff has been busy promoting the company which is what we want.
Considering the recent developments with contracts with #DOT and other agreements it's a little more complex than recent reports and I'd wager that's a pretty bullish thing.
