Ex - S-1 Amendment filed on S-3.. prob look something like this as process executes is my guess.. again it's a range.. let's hope they have the goods to "effect" such range. Just trying piece it together without speculation.

JD, with what beer posted today, the idea of a possibility that the "offer" is actually 2.5B is moot. No longer a consideration. When it was, it was only tossed around due to the sloppy submission. The info provided today makes it clear to me that I should no longer pose the 2.5B concern. It WILL NOT HAPPEN.

Not too tiresome at all. IMO VXIT 10% equity at 250 million shares or 50% equity at 2.5 billion. That one is a no brainer to me!!
