Hey knux, hope you are well.
We were headed towards 70 cents + when management filed their 10K extension, and we've been suffering the consequences of appearing like a JV squad ever since. The talk of $2 and beyond is inspiring, but meaningless in the big scheme of things. I don't see how their 10K will pack enough punch at this point to get IQST to $1, and currently just hoping we avoid another trip back down to 40 cents.
If the path towards institutions gaining sufficient confidence to buy this rock remains too cloudy with a chance of rain, I will sell and move on. This is a different market than we experienced two years ago, and penny stocks are generally getting crushed unless they have extraordinary qualities. Filing for extensions doesn't check that box for me.
