Yes I have been (at the 0.018 level and below), and that's the whole point. When it gets to those levels, I *actually say* that now is a good time to buy; and when it rises 50-100%, I *actually say* that it's a good time to sell. Then I rinse and repeat. I don't report after the fact how I miraculously managed to buy at the bottom and sell at the top. The fact that I have been saying for a while to wait for the 0.018 level and below to buy is a good thing, not a bad thing.
