They actually issued the 14c, then tweeted early in 2020 that they didn't need it, then approved one in 8/20, then cancelled it 6 months later in 2/21, then issued a new 14c in 3/22... I would say, based on history, all options are likely on the table - think I will reserve to guess on next moves.
