Exactly what I've been saying all along. ECSL never was in a strong bargaining position and subject to everyone else coming to the table and agreeing. Sure mgmt should have been swinging for the fences ...... but as someone else put it ... most of the time a bunch of singles and doubles wins the game. And when you don't possess the key bargaining chips, you get what you can get and move on.
Common sense for most .... but CEO obviously thinks otherwise. Get the base deal done ! Be a good corporate citizen and prove your value and go from there.
