Their last split was in 2009 and it was a forward split not an R/S. She had a 100 for 1 forward split like 13yrs ago and she still only has 42,715,200 shares tradeable in her whole O/S. That is unheard of for any OTC company. Most would have billions out by now with prob 3 R/Ses since then. These guys are protecting their share structure like no other company I have see in the OTC before.
