"Insolvent" = essentially BK. It is the pre-cursor to FILING BK !!

I'll get a screen capture of it and post it in a bit (busy right now) but in the Brenda Leonhardt case - some new filings posted to the Broward County Clerk Of Court site on the case.

THE ATTORNEY FOR US STEM CELL INC and Miguel and the boys crew and Comella - put in PLAIN ENGLISH to the opposing attorney, "THEY ARE INSOLVENT, thus you can not even file your actions as claimed" (paraphrasing and which the judge FLUSHED by denying ALL motions to dismiss) LOL !!

That attorney then ends the letter with "YOU WANNA TRY AND GET ANY MONEY FOR BRENDA or you wanna wait for the NOTICE TO CREDITORS, your choice" (paraphrasing) !!

A "NOTICE TO CREDITORS" is that F-ing attorney of USRM saying, "WE'LL FILE BK AND YOU CAN KISS IT ALL GOODBYE" as a "Notice to creditors" = a BK FILING formality and part of BK proceedings WTF !!

The dude put it in a ltr like essentially a threat aimed at Ms Leonhardt and her council - "THIS POS WILL JUST BK THIS STEAMING PILE and get in line for table scraps and good luck" to translate that "attorney speak" bullshit threat to plain damn English !!!

I'll screen capture the actual filing and get it posted - PEOPLE BETTER SELL N DUMP THIS POS SCAM ASAP IMO.
