so insiderers and the suiters can buy more shares at 10 to 15% off from yesterday closing from those who want to sell, Maybe? $2.05 is $2.05 a share. Dilution comes later why is it matter?

Also why surprise about dilution .. the company has been adding shares anyway that is why we are at the current stage. They have been doing very well in the controlled dilution. Give them some credits on the front.
