Very soon, ZNOG will have to tell the stockholders what they are going to be voting on at the annual stockholders meeting in June. Since we are two months away from that meeting and the issues to be voted on have not be announced yet, a loyal stockholder might presume very difficult and complicated issues are in the works and must be addressed by the board to prevent or mitigate the anticipated conclusion to which this project is obviously headed.
