I think their plan is to build up a bunch of good news and release it in a very short time to try to get to 4 dollars for a day. That's why they have been getting their "qualifying ducks" in a row. The release of the 10K will be the first hammer. Hopefully followed by profitability news then acquisition news and them smart tank news and or ev motorcycle news. If not, then yeah; buy a large part of the float back and PIPE placement the shares back later when you need random cash infusions for more acquisitions.
