Wick says annual report soon. In the previous years they did get it filed early so they could focus on other business matters. I think this year they wait until the deadline, which I thought was 3/31 for the OTC. The first quarter of 2007 is not due until May 15.

yes..and many times they are filed together..especially when much is going on...whether good or bad--have fun!
