charities are fiNe and dandY. but please have the company representative also send deals, that resulted in revenue, not giveaways. Especially, when that subsidiary looks to be losing 150k - 200k per year based on most recent 10-Qs. one employee's salary should not be spent on celebrating charitable donations using assets that could be driving revenue.

10-K has the potential to be brutal and it makes sense to try and get out in front of it by getting shareholders prepared publishing cryptic tweets using texas and indonesia hashtags as teasers. why a public company would use such tactics in tweets without releasing an 8-K first...is beside me.
