insiders *sometimes* know more than *outsiders* . what you should really be concerned with is .....what is OTCXZY doing ? or did ETURD get the shares for the desired price ? how about the other market maker NYSELGBT ? these are the moves that matter ! or in reality ....... not really . the insiders are telling the outsiders "it's time to buy" ? without saying a fvcking word . $HWZ
