It's pointless to even complain about these things any longer. The criminals know that , that's why they keep doing it. Apparently a lot of people are getting their knuckles filled with stolen dollars. The system is what make it happen.
Can anyone send me a link to tell me how to buy one of these scam tickers and a cost estimate of how much it'll take to set one of these scam tickers up.. Including how to locate pumpers and dumpers and how to pay them to work these boards? lol
