Everyone knows the “rules” of trading the cesspool known as the OTC, and HESG is “expert market” no less. As it's set up now, the Expert Market is the Grey Market with electronic execution. U.S. traders cannot buy it.

The SEC enacted Rule 15c2-11 for stocks like HESG, so traders wouldn’t be conned by this share selling scam stock with its 50 Billion AS and its 20+ Billion OS.
