I spent a lot of time on why there hasn't been a buyback and I believe it's part and parcel the involving and arrangement with the S1 parties. They've got a substantial percentage ownership and the wherewithal to take this to NASDAQ via the short covers and ongoing accumulations. Over 10 months of consolidations. I see this now as fully funded by my take for uplist. The best I could do with the info at hand. If a buyback or inside buys develop then I'll have to review that theory. Glta
